The Role
As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities for MSI Group across a network of healthcare clients in England, Wales, and Scotland. You will also strategically identify, develop, and maintain relationships with qualified candidates to match them with their next opportunity, while maximising revenue and achieving sales targets. This is a proactive role where your energy, drive, and people skills will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities within an allotted geographical area that offer significant revenue potential
- Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to enhance the company's reputation
- Manage ongoing weekly KPIs and targets, as set by the Director
- Utilising various channels to source and attract top talent within the medical sector.
- Conducting thorough candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 18 months' experience in the temporary medical doctors market as a 360 recruitment consultant
- A proven ability to win new business and engage with existing clients
- A proven ability to achieve monthly targets and maintain steady billings
