About the role
We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for developing an annual business plan to enable profit growth within defined business areas.
You will be leading effectively a team of account management and recruitment professionals whilst ensuring and ensuring that team targets are met on a monthly basis.
Proven experience in a management role
Extensive account management experience within a Recruitment Agency
Able to work well in a KPI driven environment
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A good understanding clients' business and needs
Experience with international recruitment
Experience working in the healthcare industry
Experience working in permanent doctors recruitment
Manage the team(s) to deliver weekly KPI's and identify and meet monthly targets
Drive new business activity by arranging and leading client visits to win new business and develop long lasting business partnerships
Encourage excellent cross-team communication to expedite compliance clearances and on-time and accurate payment from clients and to our recruitment partners
Design and utilise company Management Information to inform and deliver business improvement
