We are looking for a target-driven, resilient and collaborative Recruitment Consultant to work within our Permanent Healthcare Recruitment Division.

About the role
We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our Permanent Recruitment Team based in our London bridge office.

- 2+ years' previous experience in a recruitment role (any sector) within permanent recruitment
- Managing end to end in depth recruitment process
- Pre-screening candidates
- Proactive sourcing candidates
- Communication with candidates (responding to applicant queries, updating them on application status, sending invitations to interviews)
- Upholding a high level of customer service at all times
- Account managing existing clients
- Managing the candidate experience
- Business Development
