We are currently looking for target-driven, resilient and collaborative Project Recruitment Co-Ordinator to work within our International division.

Essential:

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Comfortable in a fast-passed environment.

  • Personable and outgoing.

  • Academically strong.

About the role:

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our International Team. This is a 180-degree recruitment role and previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.

Duties include:

  • Managing end to end process of recruitment.

  • Upholding a high level of customer service at all times.

  • Scheduling and completing a high number of telephone interviews in high volumes.

  • Liaising with hiring managers, recruiters and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Communication with candidates (responding to applicant queries, updating them on application status, sending invitations to interviews and making travel arrangements).
