About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and hungry for success individual within the healthcare recruitment sector with excellent sales and communication skills who really takes pride in their work and wants to take their career to the next level. This is a proactive role, focusing on sourcing and placing temporary healthcare professionals within the public and private sector. You will also account manage and further develop relationships with our clients. The role offers you also an opportunity for further career progression as the branch grows.
Essential requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume 360 recruitment.
- Proven billing history with a continuity in achieving performance targets.
- Comfortable in a KPI and target driven environment.
- Able to demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasion techniques.
- Motivated by the uncapped earning potential attached to the role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to prioritise with good time management.
- Personable and outgoing.
