About the role

We are looking for an individual, who will be responsible for pro-actively recruiting nurses and specialist candidates from overseas and coordinating their journey effectively to enable them to work in the UK.

You will be involved in the full life-cycle of candidate management. You will respond quickly and effectively to candidate requests, building collaborative relationships to enable the swift fulfilment of our clients requirements.

This position will also ensure a great candidate experience in order to maintain high social media reviews.

Essential requirements:

  • An effective communicator, who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns

  • Ability to proactively attract and generate candidate pools

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Persuasive and enthusiastic, engaging the commitment of others

  • Competitive, goal-oriented and accountable

  • Professional approach

Duties include:

  • Meet agreed weekly/monthly KPI's

  • Ensure Deal/Gross Margin targets are met

  • Ensure interview slots are booked with our clients in line with targets

  • Respond to candidate applications within agreed SLA's via telephone and email/messaging

  • Qualify all applicants to ensure they meet agreed client specification

  • Prepare and advise candidates for their interviews

  • Conduct an effective offer management process for all candidates selected

  • Manage the collation of compliance documentation to enable a smooth transition to the UK

  • Develop talent pools using candidate resourcing tools
