MSI Group are currently searching for an enthusiastic, influential and results oriented Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the internal recruitment function for the business.

About the role

We are looking for an individual to take responsibility for developing and implementing our Talent Acquisition strategy to ensure we attract and source candidates to fulfil our internal resourcing needs.

Leading from the front, you will manage the Talent Acquisition team utilising current technologies and techniques and will be passionate about providing great candidate experience. You will proactively headhunt and create a pipeline of talent for existing and future roles within the business.

Duties include:

  • Ensure all internal roles are qualified with Recruiting Managers, including having a Job Description, Person Specification and Behavioural/Cognitive Profile for each vacancy
  • Proactively identify candidates (using Linked-In Recruiter, Job Boards, internal networks) which match specification
  • Develop and manage an internal Talent Management system to streamline and automate process for efficiencies
  • Role model a strong work ethic by delivering personal monthly targets and meeting KPI's
  • Measure service performance, impact and effectiveness of resourcing activity and solutions
  • Manage the team to MSI People Management guidelines ensuring MSI Care and the Values are embedded
  • Recommend and implement initiatives for attracting talent, using data/market insights to identify trends and assess where approaches and tools may need to change
  • Develop a network of identified professionals within our competitors as a pipeline for our senior hires
