Be part of a team at a well established department based on the south coast of England.

You will have a high level of general experience and competence with a special interest in Thoracic Radiology. The Departments are actively involved in teaching with four radiology trainees on rotation. Audit and other continuing professional developmental activities are positively encouraged.

General Radiology consultant team is responsible for checking scans the following day to ensure quality assurance and education on a 1 in 8 rota. First line on call is provided by SpR or staff grade radiologists until 10pm weekdays and 5pm weekends with on call outsourced to a reporting company overnight

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Role requirements

• MBBS or equivalent
• Membership or Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists
• Full Registration with licence to practise with GMC
• Wide experience of all aspects of radiology including multislice CT and MRI
• Fellowship in a specialist area of Radiology.(Preferred)
