MSI Group are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join our back office team. The successful candidate will be located at our stunning London Bridge office, which boasts panoramic river views and will benefit from our bespoke training programme to equip them with the right knowledge and tools for a successful career in the role.

About the role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for MSI International across a network of healthcare and social care clients in England, Wales and Scotland.
They will strategically identify, develop and maintain client relationships with multiple stakeholders whilst seeking to maximise, drive and achieve revenue and sales goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify strategic accounts within an allotted geographical area which have significant Revenue opportunity for MSI
  • Create and deliver effective service solution proposals
  • Arrange and attend regular review meetings with existing clients
  • Manage ongoing weekly KPIs and target, as set by Client Services Director
  • Maintain and build excellent relationships with clients to enhance the reputation of MSI
  • Identify client satisfaction for all existing business and share appropriately for business improvement
  • Develop professional working relationships with clients and always provide them with excellent Client care
