About the role
- Identify strategic accounts within an allotted geographical area which have significant Revenue opportunity for MSI
- Create and deliver effective service solution proposals
- Arrange and attend regular review meetings with existing clients
- Manage ongoing weekly KPIs and target, as set by Client Services Director
- Maintain and build excellent relationships with clients to enhance the reputation of MSI
- Identify client satisfaction for all existing business and share appropriately for business improvement
- Develop professional working relationships with clients and always provide them with excellent Client care
