MSI Group are currently searching for a detail-oriented, resilient and analytical Auditor to join our Compliance division.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual to accurately audit files ensuring that they are compliant to framework and statutory requirements, within a four hour timeframe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of work. They will assist in the preparation for external audits and will support the compliance team to reach their individual and team targets.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a framework healthcare recruitment agency

  • Strong attention to detail

  • The desire to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment

  • Proven success at hitting regular targets

  • Collaborative team player

  • Ability to work well independently

  • Able to understand, analyse and retain information quickly

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships at all levels

Duties include

  • Ensure files are audited in line with framework and statutory requirements and company expectations within set deadlines

  • Produce clear, concise actions that are relevant and necessary for file clearance

  • Produce accurate daily, weekly and monthly records

  • Support and encourage the compliance team to meet their targets

  • Posses strong knowledge of eligibility to ensure all candidates hold suitable right to work documentation

  • Awareness of fraudulent documentation and how to escalate when a document is found to be illegitimate

  • Prioritising own workload

  • Keep Influence database updated and ensure expiry dates are correct

  • Understand and operate within MSI Group Ltd policies and procedures

  • Complete Quality Assurance checks to accept prospective candidates onto the compliance pipelines

  • Assist with external audits when appropriate
