JOB PURPOSE

The International Recruitment Team Leader will take responsibility of the International Permanent Doctors Team and it’s members as well as sourcing & successfully placing high calibre Permanent Doctors. They will work closely with their Director & reports to meet individual & team targets, ensuring best practice recruitment process is followed at all times.

This position will take ownership of the Strategy & Direction of the International Permanent Doctors division whilst providing support & guidance to the team.

The post holder will live company values and effectively communicate with colleagues, candidates and candidates over the telephone, email and face to face.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Working closely with both Clients & Candidates to generate leads, new revenue streams and Profit
  • Ensuring the UK Permanent Nursing / AHP team work to their full potential, supporting individual team members to hit their GM targets
  • Proactively garnering new business, via telephone, email & client visits
  • Sourcing talent via advertising, headhunting and other innovative & proactive methods
  • Liaising with Clients to manage expectations and ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Effectively managing candidates expectations on salary, role and opportunity
  • Providing support, guidance and expertise to all candidates to ensure a seamless process
  • Ensuring accuracy and currency of records, both paper and electronic systems and all databases
  • Liaising with BD Team to grow opportunities

  • Provide best practice Recruitment support via telephone, email and face-to-face to all stakeholders
  • Provide expert guidance and direction for team members
  • Review and recommend enhancements to recruitment process
