MSI's Guidance on COVID 19 (Coronavirus)

Industry News

If you are a healthcare worker, it is extremely important that you do not visit any healthcare settings if there is a risk you could spread COVID-19.

Public Health England continuously update their guidance for healthcare workers - please make sure you are familiar with the latest version:

We will be checking with all of our temporary workers to make sure your are currently in good health, as well as enquiring about any recent travel or exposure to the virus when we book you for shifts, training and any other meetings.

If you are an MSI agency worker, you must contact us if there are changes to the responses you have previously given us or if you are required to self-isolate.

Below is a link to our updated candidate handbook with links to the relevant guidance:

Visits to the MSI Office

Candidates are not generally coming to the office unless absolutely necessary. If it is necessary, they will be asked the three questions:

  1. Are you well?  Are you experiencing any cold like symptoms including cough, fever or shortness of breath?
  2. Have you been outside the UK within the last 14 days passing through or staying in any country affected by Coronavirus?
  3. Have you been exposed to anyone who has been tested positive for Coronavirus or anyone who is currently suspected of having Coronavirus?

If you are planning to visit our office, please call us in advance to book an appointment.
