MSI Group are looking to hire a Trainee Compliance & Onboarding Officer to join our International division. The successful candidate will be located at our stunning London Bridge office, which boasts panoramic river views and will benefit from our bespoke training programme to equip them with the right knowledge and tools for a successful career in the role.

About the Role

Trainee Compliance and Onboarding Officer will be responsible for assisting our International Compliance Department with variety of tasks including but not exclusive of: auditing documents, preparation of reports, responding to email and phone queries, scheduling webinars, assisting with drafting documents, organisation of files and documents. The post holder will uphold company values and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders over the telephone, email and face to face.

Duties & Responsibilities

Active participation in all scheduled training sessions, and assisting Senior Compliance Officers in:

  • managing candidates' compliance ensuring that all documents are audited and received on time
  • responding to email /telephone queries
  • drafting documents
  • scheduling and delivering webinars
  • organising files
  • accurately updating system and spreadsheets
  • preparation of reports
  • liaise with finance team to ensure on-time and accurate payments of candidates' visas, COSs etc
