MSI Group are currently searching for an enthusiastic, influential and results oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to autonomously drive the internal recruitment function for the business.

About the role

We are looking for an individual to autonomously drive the internal recruitment function for the business. The successful candidate will attract and source candidates to fulfil our internal resourcing needs.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process utilising current technologies and techniques and will be passionate about providing great candidate experience. You will proactively headhunt and create a pipeline of talent for existing and future roles within the business.

  • Building positive and collaborative relationships

Duties include:

  • Qualify all internal roles with Recruiting Managers, ensuring there is a Job Description, Person Specification and Behavioural/Cognitive Profile for each vacancy

  • Write and place relevant advertisements across various platforms ensuring responses are managed professionally

  • Proactively identify candidates (using Linked-In Recruiter, Job Boards, internal networks and CV Libraries) which match specification

  • Role model a strong work ethic by delivering personal monthly targets and meeting KPI's

  • Create and maintain weekly activity/outcome reports

  • Lead weekly update meetings to ensure clear communication with all Recruiting Managers

  • Manage internal interview schedule and meetings

  • Conduct effective offer management, including obtaining required candidate documentation, negotiation and pre-closing

  • Develop a network of identified professionals within our competitors as a pipeline for our senior hires
