Recruitment Project Coordinator

We are currently looking for organised, detail-orientated and collaborative Recruitment Project Coordinator to work within our International Division.

About the role

The Recruitment Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting Account Managers with the selection, onboarding and aftercare of international healthcare professionals relocating to the UK.

This role will ensure that all internal and client processes are followed and that candidates have a good experience of their relocation to the UK.

The Recruitment Project Coordinator will play a key role in executing large, client-based projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate online interviews between clients and candidates
  • Issue offer letters and provide excellent candidate after care
  • Organise candidate travel, including flights and taxis, and send travel instructions to candidates/onboarding teams at least 2 weeks prior to travel
  • Coordinate the booking of OSCE exams and any other training required
  • Develop relationships with estate agents and Airbnb to source suitable temporary accommodation for candidates
  • Manage candidate relocation package budgets and make purchases as required
  • Monitor the progress of selected projects.
