Our team is expanding! Our Client Services and Solutions Team continues to grow and I'm on the hunt for a Client Services Manager to offer key account management across an established client base servicing regional accounts throughout our temporary nursing division.

Applicants will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the recruitment sector.

About the role

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for growing allocated business across a network of clients predominantly in the West Midlands, North West, East of England and Wales. They will strategically identify opportunities for proactive growth and respond to requests for reactive growth.

This position will be responsible account management within existing and new clients.

The post holder will live company values and effectively communicate with stakeholders over the telephone, email and face to face

Essential requirements:

  • Meeting new business growth targets consistent with level of seniority
  • Meeting agreed weekly KPI's, as set by head of department
  • Winning new business to meet divisional growth plans
  • Managing and exceeding existing client's expectations
  • Maintaining excellent client satisfaction levels

Duties include:

  • Identify strategic accounts within an allotted geographical area which have significant GM opportunity for MSI
  • Create and deliver effective service solution proposals
  • Arrange and attend regular review meetings with existing clients
  • Manage ongoing weekly KPIs and target, as set by Manager
  • Maintain and build excellent relationships with clients to enhance the reputation of MSI
  • Brief internal delivery teams and provide effective on-boarding of new business
