MSI International is currently recruiting for 2 experienced Trauma & Orthopaedic Trust Grade Doctors to join a large NHS Foundation Trust in the West Midlands region in the UK.  

It is a new post that has been created for the purposes of compliance with the European working time directive.  The appointee will work the same rota as the other FY2 and ST/CT grades.

The Trust Doctor will be expected to visit the Accident and Emergency Department to offer advice and treat fractures and joint injuries when requested to do so and to admit casualties of trauma. When not on call you will be expected to attend to routine admissions and care for the patients on the ward. Clinic and theatre work is included. There is a cross cover arrangement at night with General Surgery. Participation in medical audit is mandatory.


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • MB ChB or equivalent
  • MRCP or equivalent
  • Clinical training in Trauma & Orthopaedic surgery.
  • Full GMC registration.
