Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Account Management role working with both clients and candidates placing mid level and Senior Doctors and nurses into permanent roles.
  • Serve as one of the lead point of contact for all client and candidate account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Resourcing own candidates
  • Achieving KPIs and financial revenue targets
  • Largely working with incoming jobs, although the successful candidate will have the option to develop their own business if they so choose

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of two years Recruitment experience gained in a single role
  • Ability to demonstrate experience of successfully working in a professional, outcome orientated/target driven environment
  • Experience of managing permanent recruitment processes with longer lead times

Person Spec:

  • Ability to demonstrate success in a previous Recruitment role - i.e. proven track record
  • Personality who will thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Natural rapport building skills
  • Competitive nature
  • A polished and professional approach
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to follow procedure and process
  • Ability to speak other languages will also be beneficial, although not essential
