Their Global Service Delivery Model has provided a prestigious portfolio of integrated services. Due to continued growth are looking for a Fluent Dutch Speaking Junior/Graduate Support Engineer. This position is very technology focused and will see you exposed to some of the latest technologies! This position provides a specific career path and is ideal for someone with long term career in mind.

Role & Environment:
- You will be part of the Support team resolving Level 1 issues coming in via email & phone
- Working with senior engineers to resolve complex issues

Person Profile:
This Entry Level position is ideal for a recent university graduate or someone with a couple of years commercial work experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Database and/or Programming as well as Networking (Cisco/Windows). The role does not involve programming, but understanding, occasional coding, and/or troubleshooting of code might be expected.

Skills & Experience:
- Fluent Dutch Speaking
- Databases: Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005 or Oracle 9i/10g. Experience with writing SQL statements. PL/SQL would be a plus
- Programming: C++, Java, C#, VB.NET, etc
- Windows Networking & Administration - MCSE skills
- Cisco Networking & Administration - CCNA skills
- Understanding of VoIP desirable
