Our approach to candidate care is simple. Every single one of our candidates should feel like a VIP. You may be aware of a survey we ran recently to see how we could improve our services to candidates? As top of the list was communication and not far behind was recognition, we have since planned out our initial activities for MSI Concierge, including a monthly newsletter and great ways to reward you for your hard work.

Through continuous planning and acting upon the feedback we receive from you, we’ll have more exciting plans for this year and beyond. Watch this space and stay updated with our newsletter for the latest on these initiatives.
